- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cups sliced apples
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a baking dish.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- In a bowl, toss sliced apples with cinnamon and layer over cheesecake.
- In another bowl, mix brown sugar, oats, flour, and nuts.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture over the apples.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Use tart apples for the best flavor.
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
