Description
A unique dessert combining apple pie and cheesecake in a taco shell.
Ingredients

- 1 package of taco shells
- 2 cups of cream cheese
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 cups of apples, peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine apples, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Fill taco shells with cream cheese mixture.
- Add the apple mixture on top of the cream cheese.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the filled tacos.
- Bake for 15 minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
- Use store-bought or homemade taco shells.
- Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of apples.
- Top with whipped cream if desired.
