Delicious Baileys Cheesecake Balls coated in chocolate.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add Baileys and mix well.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs.
- Form mixture into small balls and chill for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and butter in a microwave.
- Dip each ball into chocolate and place on parchment paper.
- Chill until chocolate sets.
Notes
- Use any type of chocolate for coating.
- Keep refrigerated until serving.
- For a stronger flavor, add more Baileys.
