Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add Baileys and mix well.
  3. Stir in graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Form mixture into small balls and chill for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and butter in a microwave.
  6. Dip each ball into chocolate and place on parchment paper.
  7. Chill until chocolate sets.
