Description
Delicious and creamy Baileys cheesecake balls coated in chocolate.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add Baileys and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs until combined.
- Form mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate and return to baking sheet.
- Chill again until chocolate is set.
Notes
- Use a cookie scoop for even-sized balls.
- Store in the refrigerator.
- Can substitute Baileys with another liqueur if preferred.
