Description

Delicious and creamy Baileys cheesecake balls coated in chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add Baileys and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Stir in graham cracker crumbs until combined.
  4. Form mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. Dip each ball in melted chocolate and return to baking sheet.
  7. Chill again until chocolate is set.

Notes

  • Use a cookie scoop for even-sized balls.
  • Store in the refrigerator.
  • Can substitute Baileys with another liqueur if preferred.
