Delicious baked ham and cheese croissants perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 croissants
  • 8 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice each croissant in half.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard on the inside of each croissant.
  4. Layer ham and cheese inside the croissants.
  5. Close the croissants and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
