- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- Cinnamon for sprinkling
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash bananas in a bowl.
- Add melted butter and mix well.
- Stir in sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Add baking soda and salt, then mix.
- Gradually add flour until combined.
- Spread dough on a floured surface and roll into a rectangle.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over the dough.
- Roll up tightly and slice into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- While baking, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk for frosting.
- Spread frosting over warm rolls before serving.
