Ingredients

- 1 ripe banana, mashed

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, almond milk, mashed banana, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- If using, stir in the chopped walnuts.
- Transfer the mixture to a jar or bowl with a lid.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir and enjoy cold or warm up if desired.
