- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1 cup custard
- 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares.
- Place a spoonful of custard in the center of each square.
- Add mixed berries on top of the custard.
- Fold the pastry over to create triangles and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
