Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).

  3. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  6. Stir in sour cream and cocoa powder until combined.
  7. Pour batter over crust in the springform pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until set.
  9. Cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
