Description
Delicious blueberry cream cheese filled egg rolls.
Ingredients

- 1 cup blueberries
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and blueberries.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with water.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Serve with powdered sugar on top if desired.
- Can be baked at 375°F for 15-20 minutes for a healthier option.
