Ingredients

- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Start by washing the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and place them in a salad bowl.
- Tear the basil leaves and add them to the bowl.
- Place the burrata cheese on top of the tomatoes and basil.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.

- Use ripe tomatoes for the best flavor.
- Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
