Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add flour, salt, apricots, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- Press the dough into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
