A rich and decadent dessert combining caramel, brownie, and cheesecake layers.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup brownie mix
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add sour cream, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
- Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions.
- In a greased springform pan, pour brownie batter and spread evenly.
- Layer the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top of the cheesecake layer.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
- Cool in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use room temperature ingredients.
- You can substitute homemade brownie mix if desired.
- Top with extra caramel and chocolate chips before serving.
