Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add sour cream, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  4. Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions.
  5. In a greased springform pan, pour brownie batter and spread evenly.
  6. Layer the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce on top of the cheesecake layer.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  9. Cool in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
