Easy and delicious caramel cookies made with Ritz crackers.
Ingredients

- 1 package Ritz crackers
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place half of the Ritz crackers on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the crackers.
- Top with another Ritz cracker.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until slightly melted.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Spread melted chocolate over the cookies.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts if desired.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Use your favorite type of chocolate.
