Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
  5. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.

  8. Add sliced bananas and brown sugar, cooking until caramelized.
  9. Remove from heat and stir in dark rum.
