Instructions

  1. Rub the inside of a fondue pot with the garlic.
  2. Pour in the wine and lemon juice, then heat gently.
  3. Gradually add the grated cheeses while stirring.
  4. Mix cornstarch with kirsch and add to the pot.
  5. Stir until the mixture is smooth and bubbly.
  6. Season with pepper.
  7. Serve with bread cubes for dipping.
