  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package refrigerated pretzel dough
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Coarse sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the beef. Mix well.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  5. Roll out the pretzel dough and cut it into squares.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each square.
  7. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  8. Brush each bomb with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
  9. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
