Cheeseburger Pretzel Bombs are a delicious appetizer that combines the flavors of a cheeseburger with soft pretzel dough.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 package refrigerated pretzel dough
- 1 egg, beaten
- Coarse sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the beef. Mix well.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Roll out the pretzel dough and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Brush each bomb with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
