Delicious cheesecake-filled egg rolls served with a rich caramel sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 package of egg roll wrappers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- Oil for frying
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add chocolate chips if desired.
- Place a tablespoon of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper and seal it with water.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve with warm caramel sauce.
Notes
- Make sure the oil is hot enough before frying.
- You can bake the egg rolls for a healthier option.
- Store leftover egg rolls in the fridge for up to 2 days.
