Ingredients

  • 1 package of egg roll wrappers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add chocolate chips if desired.
  3. Place a tablespoon of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  4. Fold the wrapper and seal it with water.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
  7. Drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve with warm caramel sauce.
