Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Take a small amount of cookie dough, flatten it, and place a teaspoon of cheesecake filling in the center.
- Wrap the cookie dough around the filling and shape into a ball.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
