Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add onion, green bell pepper, and mushrooms. Cook until softened.
- Stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with provolone cheese and let melt.
- Spoon mixture onto hamburger buns and serve hot.
