- 1/2 cup raspberry preserves
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 baguette, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the brie cheese on a baking dish.
- Spread raspberry preserves evenly on top of the brie.
- Sprinkle chopped rosemary over the preserves.
- Drizzle olive oil on top and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the brie is soft.
- Serve warm with sliced baguette.
