- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup Nashville hot sauce
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Freeze mozzarella sticks for 30 minutes.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dip each stick in flour, then eggs, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry sticks in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and toss with Nashville hot sauce.
- Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
