Ingredients

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder for coating
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Stir in the dried cherries, shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Coat the truffles in cocoa powder.
- Place the truffles on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate again for 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Use unsweetened coconut for a less sweet taste.
- Substitute cherries with raisins if desired.
