Instructions
- In a food processor, combine dates, shredded coconut, almond flour, cocoa powder, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Process until a sticky dough forms.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out the mixture and roll into balls.
- In a microwave, melt dark chocolate chips until smooth.
- Make a small indentation in each ball and fill with melted chocolate.
- Close the ball around the chocolate and roll to seal.
- Refrigerate for another 30 minutes to set.
