- 8 oz dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.
- Add powdered sugar, strawberry puree, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Shape the buttercream into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Freeze for 1 hour.
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate, coating completely.
- Place back on the baking sheet and let set until chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for the puree.
- Store in a cool place.
- For a sweeter taste, adjust the sugar amount.
