Ingredients

- 3 large egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- In a large bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in cocoa powder and vanilla extract gently.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let cookies cool inside for 1 hour.
