Delicious and easy to make chocolate peanut butter rice krispie cups.
Ingredients

- 3 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla over low heat.
- Stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and add Rice Krispies.
- Mix until well coated.
- Press mixture into lined cupcake tins.
- Melt chocolate chips and pour over the top.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Remove from tins and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- These can be made ahead of time.
- Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
