Description

Delicious and easy to make chocolate peanut butter rice krispie cups.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla over low heat.
  2. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and add Rice Krispies.
  4. Mix until well coated.
  5. Press mixture into lined cupcake tins.
  6. Melt chocolate chips and pour over the top.
  7. Refrigerate until set.
  8. Remove from tins and serve.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container.
  • These can be made ahead of time.
  • Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
