  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, oil, vanilla extract, peppermint extract, and egg.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Line a muffin tin with paper liners and fill each cup about 2/3 full with batter.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let the muffins cool before serving.
