Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and arrange the saltine crackers in a single layer.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then let it boil for 3 minutes without stirring.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon.
  6. Pour the mixture over the saltine crackers, spreading evenly.
  7. Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes, until bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  9. Allow the chocolate to melt, then spread it evenly.
  10. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top and let cool before breaking into pieces.
