Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and brown sugar.
  6. Pour half of the cake batter into a greased baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture over the batter.
  8. Pour the remaining batter on top and finish with the rest of the cinnamon sugar.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before serving.
