- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups cinnamon roll dough
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Roll out cinnamon roll dough and cut into pieces.
- Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in another bowl.
- Layer cinnamon roll pieces in a greased baking dish.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over the dough.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
