  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in the buttermilk and vanilla.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  8. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
  9. Pour half the batter into the bundt pan.
  10. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture over the batter.
  11. Add the remaining batter, then top with the rest of the cinnamon mixture.
  12. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  13. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack.
