Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Grease and flour a cake pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix dried fruits and nuts.
  4. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  6. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  7. Gradually add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture.
  8. Stir in vanilla extract and the fruit-nut mixture.
  9. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  10. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Let it cool before serving.
