Ingredients

- 2 cups sourdough starter
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cranberries (dried or fresh)
- 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Combine sourdough starter, water, and honey in a large bowl.
- Add flour and salt, mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
- Incorporate cranberries and brie into the dough.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 4-6 hours.
- Punch down the dough, shape it into a loaf, and place it in a bread pan.
- Let the dough rise for another 1-2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before slicing.

- Use fresh cranberries for a tart flavor.
