Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light.
- Add eggs, vanilla, and orange zest; mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients; stir in cranberries.
- Shape dough into a log on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden.
- Let cool, then slice into 1/2-inch pieces.
- Return slices to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
