Ingredients

- 1/2 cup of almond butter
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup of shelled pistachios
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together rolled oats, almond butter, and honey.
- Add dried cranberries, pistachios, protein powder, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Store the protein bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
