Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add cranberries, pistachios, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Form into small balls.
- Roll each ball in crushed pistachios.
- Refrigerate until firm.
