Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Add cranberry sauce and milk, stir to combine.
  5. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture.
  7. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let muffins cool before serving.
