Instructions
- In a bowl, combine sweet corn, flour, cheese, milk, eggs, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
