- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham crackers, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Blend in melted dark chocolate.
- Pour the mixture over the crust.
- Drop raspberries into the filling.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
- Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
