Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup eggnog
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, eggnog, nutmeg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Combine melted chocolate with the cream cheese mixture.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Once chilled, scoop small portions and roll into balls.
- Dust truffles with cocoa powder.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
