- 2 cups milk

- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 package (12 ounces) English muffins, cubed
- 8 ounces Canadian bacon, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup hollandaise sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard.
- Add cubed English muffins and diced Canadian bacon to the egg mixture; stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Drizzle hollandaise sauce over the casserole before serving.
