- 1 pound fresh Florida shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pie crust
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté shrimp until pink.
- Add green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 more minutes.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream and cheddar cheese.
- Add the shrimp mixture to the cream mixture and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with a side salad.
- Use fresh shrimp for best flavor.
