Description

Ingredients

  • 1 clove of garlic, halved
  • 1 cup of dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Bread cubes for dipping

Instructions

  1. Rub the inside of the fondue pot with garlic.
  2. In a pot, heat the white wine and lemon juice over medium heat.
  3. Gradually add the grated cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth.
  4. Mix the cornstarch with kirsch and stir into the cheese mixture.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Transfer to the fondue pot and keep warm.
  7. Dip bread cubes into the cheese using fondue forks.
