Description

French Dip Sliders are small sandwiches filled with tender beef and melted cheese, served with a savory dipping sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound roast beef, sliced
  • 8 slider buns
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until caramelized.
  3. Mix beef broth and Worcestershire sauce in a small pot. Heat to simmer.
  4. Slice the slider buns in half. Layer roast beef and cheese on the bottom half.
  5. Add caramelized onions on top of the cheese.
  6. Cover with the top half of the buns.
  7. Place sliders on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, until cheese melts.
  8. Serve with warm beef broth for dipping.
