Description
French Dip Sliders are small sandwiches filled with tender beef and melted cheese, served with a savory dipping sauce.

- 1 pound roast beef, sliced
- 8 slider buns
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until caramelized.
- Mix beef broth and Worcestershire sauce in a small pot. Heat to simmer.
- Slice the slider buns in half. Layer roast beef and cheese on the bottom half.
- Add caramelized onions on top of the cheese.
- Cover with the top half of the buns.
- Place sliders on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, until cheese melts.
- Serve with warm beef broth for dipping.
Notes
- Use au jus for a richer flavor.
- Try adding horseradish for extra kick.
