Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the beef. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar and parmesan cheese.
  5. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
