Garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs are delicious, bite-sized snacks filled with cheeseburger ingredients and seasoned with garlic and parmesan.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the beef. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheddar and parmesan cheese.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
- Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
