Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are flavorful bite-sized treats filled with cheese and seasoned beef.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup minced garlic
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Open the biscuit dough and flatten each piece.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  7. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  8. Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
