Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are flavorful bite-sized treats filled with cheese and seasoned beef.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
- Open the biscuit dough and flatten each piece.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
- These can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
- Feel free to add other ingredients like jalapeños for extra spice.
