  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, olive oil, garlic, and parmesan cheese to the yeast mixture.
  3. Knead the dough for about 8 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Punch down the dough and shape it into a snowflake shape on a baking sheet.
  6. Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
