Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, olive oil, garlic, and parmesan cheese to the yeast mixture.
- Knead the dough for about 8 minutes until smooth.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and shape it into a snowflake shape on a baking sheet.
- Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
