- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla and milk to the egg mixture, then gradually stir in the dry ingredients.
- Spread the batter evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until set.
- While baking, prepare the filling by mixing coconut, pecans, and condensed milk.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Once cool, spread the filling over the cake and roll it up tightly.
- Chill the rolled cake in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh coconut for better flavor.
- Ensure the cake is completely cool before rolling.
- Serve with whipped cream for added richness.
