Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, molasses, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. For icing, mix cream cheese and milk until smooth.
  8. Drizzle icing over pancakes and sprinkle with brown sugar.
